Service and Estimate Requests

Sending a form or calling us is a request for service or an estimate. It doesn't create a contract, and we're not required to accept every job. Work begins only after we've agreed with you directly on the scope and how it will be billed. Most work is billed on time and materials, and larger projects may require a deposit that we discuss with you in advance.

Estimates of time and materials are based on what we can see and what you tell us. If we find hidden conditions once work starts, such as damaged wiring inside a wall, we'll talk with you before doing anything beyond the agreed scope.

Information on This Site

Our guides and service pages are general information to help you understand electrical work in your home. They aren't a substitute for an in-person evaluation, and conditions in every home are different.

Electrical work can cause serious injury, fire or death. Work on panels, wiring and circuits should be done by a licensed electrician with the required permits. Nothing on this site is an instruction to do that work yourself.

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Codes, product details and utility requirements change over time.

Using the Site

You agree not to:

• Send false information or requests on someone else's behalf without permission
• Use the forms to send spam, advertising or harmful code
• Try to interfere with the site, its security or the services it runs on
• Copy large parts of the site for commercial use
